Troy McFaul (Ishiki) hosts reflective satsang sessions centered around Ma – The Power of the Pause, creating welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their own direct experience through presence, silence, and open conversation.

He is also the author of The Pathless Path, Unaya: 51 Reflections, and a growing collection of reflective writings exploring awareness, presence, and compassionate living.

Troy is currently facilitating community reflection sessions supported by Melton City Council and continues to develop opportunities to share these gatherings with community groups, schools, retreat centres, and wellbeing organisations.

Drawing on many years of experience in martial arts and self-protection, he also occasionally facilitates practical self-defence sessions, encouraging confidence, awareness, and personal safety in everyday life.

His intention is simple: to offer spaces where people can pause, reflect, and perhaps leave with a little more clarity, presence, and compassion than when they arrived

Unaya © (pronounced “Oo-nah-yah”) is a way of life and a philosophy that encourages moving through existence with awareness, compassion, and lightness. It is not a religion, and it does not rely on a creator or fixed truths—Unaya is about experiencing life as it is, ever-changing and interconnected.
