SATSANGS ( Inner Wsdom Gatherings )
A satsang is a Sanskrit term that translates to "association with the truth." It typically refers to a gathering of individuals aimed at spiritual growth and self-realisation, where participants come together to listen to spiritual teachings, engage in discussions, and practice meditation.
Satsang's are led by spiritual teacher Troy "Ishiki".
The atmosphere is one of openness, encouraging seekers to explore deeper truths about themselves and their relationship with the divine or the universe.
Following an opening meditation, a specific spiritual topic or message will be delivered in each session and discussed between the group. We also encourage participants to "ask a question" that has been on their mind or that they are curious about.

ONE ON ONE SESSIONS
Whether you are looking to enhance or grow in your spiritual journey, needing some clarity or direction in life, wanting to improve your mental health or just after a way to get a better sense of self-awareness... One-on-one self-awareness sessions offer a powerful and personalised approach to understanding oneself on a deeper level. In these dedicated settings, individuals are provided with a safe and confidential space to explore their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors without judgment. Through guided introspection and facilitated dialogue, participants can gain valuable insights into the roots of their patterns, uncover limiting beliefs, and identify areas for personal growth.
The benefits of these sessions extend far beyond simple introspection. Increased self-awareness cultivated in a one-on-one setting empowers individuals to make more conscious choices that align with their values and goals. By recognising their triggers and understanding their emotional responses, they can develop healthier coping mechanisms and improve their relationships. Furthermore, this heightened understanding of their strengths and weaknesses can lead to greater self-acceptance and confidence. Ultimately, one-on-one self-awareness sessions serve as a catalyst for personal transformation, bringing resilience, emotional intelligence, and a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Why is self awareness important
Self-awareness, the ability to understand one's own emotions, thoughts, and values, is a fundamental building block for success and well-being across all facets of life, benefiting individuals, sporting clubs, community groups, and businesses alike. On a personal level, heightened self-awareness empowers individuals to navigate challenges with greater resilience, make informed decisions aligned with their true desires, and build stronger, more authentic relationships. It allows individuals to recognise their strengths and weaknesses, leading to targeted personal development and a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment. This internal understanding is the foundation upon which external success is built.
Extending beyond the individual, self-awareness is a crucial ingredient for effective collaboration and organisational health. In sporting clubs and community groups, individuals with greater self-awareness are better able to manage conflict, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to group dynamics. They can understand their role within the collective, recognise how their actions impact others, and work towards shared goals with greater harmony. For businesses, a culture of self-awareness among employees and leadership fosters improved communication, enhanced problem-solving, and increased innovation. By understanding their own biases and motivations, individuals within an organisation can build trust, resolve misunderstandings efficiently, and create a more productive and supportive work environment, ultimately leading to greater success and sustainability.
Self Awareness For Sports Clubs
3 ways self-awareness can help your sports clubs and players

Enhanced Team Dynamics & Communication
Self-awareness coaching encourages athletes and coaches to understand their own emotions, motivations, and behaviors. This heightened self-awareness can lead to improved communication and interpersonal relationships within the team. As individuals become more aware of their own biases and triggers, they can engage more constructively with teammates and coaching staff, fostering a more cohesive and supportive team environment.

Improved Performance & Focus
By guiding athletes to understand their strengths and weaknesses, self-awareness coaching helps them tap into their full potential. Athletes who are more self-aware can identify what hinders their performance, whether it's stress, pressure, or distraction. This allows them to develop strategies to stay focused, manage anxiety, and cultivate a winning mindset, ultimately leading to better performance on the field or court.

Personal Development & Leadership Skills
Self-awareness coaching promotes personal growth among athletes and coaches alike. By gaining insights into their own values, beliefs, and leadership styles, individuals can become more effective leaders both on and off the field. This is especially beneficial for younger athletes who are developing their identities and leadership capabilities. As they learn to lead with authenticity and respect for others, it cultivates a culture of accountability and collective responsibility within the club.
3 WAYS SELF AWARENESS CAN BENEFIT YOUR STAFF

Improved Emotional Intelligence
Self-awareness is fundamental to emotional intelligence, which helps employees recognise their emotions and understand how these emotions affect their behavior and decision-making. This heightened emotional intelligence enables staff to manage relationships more effectively, resolve conflicts, and collaborate better with colleagues. As a result, teams are more cohesive, and workplace morale improves.

Enhanced Performance and Productivity
When employees understand their strengths and weaknesses, they can leverage their skills more effectively and seek opportunities for growth in areas where they may struggle. Self-aware employees are more likely to set realistic goals, seek feedback, and engage in self-improvement, leading to higher performance levels and increased productivity.

Better Decision-Making and Problem-Solving
Self-awareness allows employees to critically assess their thought processes, biases, and assumptions. This understanding leads to more informed decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. By being aware of how their perspectives may influence their choices, staff are more likely to consider alternative viewpoints and solutions, resulting in better outcomes for the organisation.
Self Awareness For Schools
How self-awareness can help benefit students and staff

Emotional Regulation
Students who are self-aware can better understand and manage their emotions. This helps in reducing behavioral issues and promotes a positive learning environment.

Improved Learning
Self-aware students are more capable of recognizing their strengths and weaknesses. This understanding allows them to adopt more effective study strategies and seek help when needed, leading to improved academic performance.

Resilience
Self-awareness is linked to resilience. Students who can reflect on their experiences and emotions are often better equipped to cope with challenges and setbacks, which is crucial for their ongoing development.

Conflict Resolution
Self-aware individuals are often better at navigating conflicts because they can process their own emotions and the perspectives of others. This can lead to effective resolutions within the school community.

Teacher Development
Educators who practice self-awareness can reflect on their teaching styles, biases, and interactions with students. This reflection can lead to more effective and inclusive teaching practices.
